RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are committed to your pleasure and strive to provide a flawless purchasing experience. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please do the following:

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Once you place an order on our website, you may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting our support team at support@rottsento.com for immediate assistance.
  • After 24 hours from the time of placing the order, we will process the order and ship it, modifying or canceling the order may not be possible. If cancellation is accepted, please note that the cancellation fee will be 30% of the order value in this case, to offset our order processing and restocking fees.
  • After completing the order cancellation, we will proceed to refund the order. However, it's important to note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution you chose. If 30 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility: Returns of eligible items must be initiated within 20 days of the delivery date. Returns attempted outside of this window will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items exhibiting signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
  • Items without their original tags attached.
  • Items with minor, easily correctable flaws (e.g., loose threads).

Return Shipping:

  • If the item is defective on the company's part (e.g. item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect), we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
  • If a return is requested due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees. The refund amount the customer receives in this case will be equal to the order value minus shipping costs and restocking fees.

RETURN PROCEDURE

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

1.Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@rottsento.com with the subject “Return/Refund Request”, and provide us the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging label.
  • Photos of the items that clearly show the damaged/wrong/faulty part that is different from the description on the website.
  • Photos that clearly show the actual measurements of the items: width, length (If you receive the wrong size items)
  • Provide the information of the item that you want to be resent.
  • A brief description of the issue with your order  

2. Your request will undergo review by our team. If approved, we will send you return shipping labels via email.

3. Pack the item securely, ensuring all accessories and tags are included. Attach the provided return shipping labels to the package.

4. Ship the package to our company address atat 160 Raritan Center Pkwy, Unit 19 Edison, NJ 08837, USA , indicating the recipient’s name as Karikkirak Return.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed correctly. Please contact Customer Support to initiate the return process. Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Kindly note that the item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or washing, and all original tags must remain attached.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The time it takes for your return to get to us will probably depend on where you reside.

 

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds for regular-priced items in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Product: The item you received does not match its description on our website.
  • Defective Product: The item you received is damaged or malfunctioning.

Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send a confirmation email. Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to process.
  • If your refund is not reflected in your account within 10-15 days, please contact your bank or credit card provider before contacting us at info@karikkirak.com.

EXCHANGES

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the desired exchange information. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative or process a refund.


RESTOCKING FEE
Currently, we do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
